meet steve
Steve Everett is a NASM certified personal trainer, who specializes in strength and conditioning, balance and coordination, weight loss and nutrition, and injury prevention and recovery. He graduated from the University of Maryland Smith School of Business and completed a Scholars program in Global Public Health. Steve has always had a passion for fitness and performance, being a high school basketball and football player. He loved working out and had always dreamed of opening his own performance facility.
As a trainer, Steve first worked at Life Bridge Health and Fitness and gained valuable experience with clients recovering from injury. Being a part of the hospital system, Steve worked with injuries ranging from ACL tears, patellar tendon and meniscus injuries, rotator cuff and other shoulder injuries, lower lumbar, back, and hip injuries, as well as achilles and other ankle related injuries. He strives to create a healthy and safe environment for his clients. The goal is to make clients happier and healthier. He lives a healthy and active lifestyle and this is what Steve wants for his clients too.
Steve has worked with high school, college, and professional athletes. He has experience working with Under Armour on photo shoots and has trained several Under Armour athletes. The goal is overall functional fitness and longevity for his clients.
Steve offers one on one personal training specifically designed to meet a client’s individual needs. Safety is his number one priority. Steve’s philosophy is for his clients to change their habits for the better; feeling healthier, more motivated and consistent, and happier. Steve promotes positivity and a healthier mind and body for everyone who walks through the Steve Everett Fitness doors.
When he’s not busy, Steve loves spending time with his beautiful daughter!

Natalia has over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, specializing in training athletes to reach their peak performance. As a former Division 1 lacrosse player, she has not only competed on the highest level but also clinched championships in both the Big East and Big Ten conferences. Her unique background allows her to blend rigorous training methodologies with firsthand knowledge of the demands faced by competitive athletes. With a no-nonsense approach, Natalia pushes her clients to break barriers and redefine their limits, all while fostering an environment of discipline and determination.
Natalia, a dedicated mom of three, has transformed her passion for fitness into a powerful mission: helping women reclaim their bodies after childbirth. With her own experiences as a backdrop, she understands the unique challenges that come with post-pregnancy changes and delights in empowering fellow mothers to feel strong and confident in their skin. Specializing in tailored fitness programs, she combines her expertise with genuine empathy, guiding women through workouts that honor their bodies and boost their self-esteem. Natalia’s bold approach inspires her clients to embrace their journey, proving that motherhood and fitness can coexist in harmony.
